Join the Team - We're Hiring
We are currently inviting expressions of interest for a
Full-Time Fabric Retail & Operations Coordinator position
This is a busy, hands-on role suited to a friendly, reliable, and organised person who enjoys being part of a small, hardworking team. You’ll work across multiple areas of the business, including retail sales, customer service, online order fulfilment, administration, and warehouse support - no two days are the same.
We’re looking for someone who is confident multi-tasking, takes pride in getting the details right, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. An interest in sewing, fashion, and fabric is highly valued. You may already be working in the industry, or in a similar customer-facing or operations role, and be ready for a change.
This role is physically active and requires energy and stamina. You’ll be on your feet for much of the day and will regularly handle and lift heavy fabric rolls as part of daily operations.
Your Skills & Experience
• Experience in the textile, fashion, sewing, or craft industry — or in a similar retail, sales, fulfilment, or operations role — is strongly preferred.
• Confidence working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment, with clear verbal and written communication.
• Practical familiarity with fabrics or textiles, or a genuine working interest in sewing, garment-making, or fashion.
• Comfortable using computers and digital systems; e-commerce or website experience (Shopify and/or WordPress) is an advantage.
• Experience with inventory, stock control, or order fulfilment is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders, stock, and customer information.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure.
• Physically capable of being on your feet for most of the day and regularly lifting heavy fabric rolls.
