Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, delivery takes:
Auckland: 1–3 business days
Other locations: 2–4 business days
(Rural addresses may take longer)

Please note, we do not offer an overnight delivery service.

Our courier partners are Castle Parcels, Post Haste & NZ Post. Once your order has been dispatched, they are responsible for delivery.

Important:
Our courier partners are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
At this time, delivery is only available within New Zealand - Australia coming soon.

 

How to Track Your Order
Once your order has left us, you will receive an email from Fabric Box (via our delivery platform Go Sweet Spot) with your tracking information, so you can follow its progress. If you need help tracking your order, please contact us.

Please Note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, wild weather or other courier delivery issues that are unforeseen and beyond our control.

 

Ordering Samples Only?
We’re happy to send your sample swatches in a complimentary A4 post-paid envelope.

To request this option:
- Add a note in your cart that says, “Samples by Post.”
- At checkout, select “Pick up in store” to avoid courier charges.

Please note: This is an untracked NZ Post service. While the delivery target is 3 days nationwide, we are experiencing longer delays in some regions.
If your samples are time-sensitive, we recommend selecting courier delivery instead.

We have a surplus of A4 post-paid envelopes to use up - so keep an eye out for a large envelope arriving in your letterbox!
