Once your parcel leaves us, it’s in their hands for delivery.

We send your sample swatches in a complimentary post-paid envelope via NZ Post (untracked). Mail delivery delays are common.

Swatch Limit
Each swatch is cut to order, just for you. Due to high demand, we kindly ask that you choose up to 6 swatches per order - this helps us keep things fair and moving smoothly for everyone.

This is an untracked NZ Post service. While NZ Post give a delivery target of around 3 days for NZ, delays are common in some regions.
