Swatch Delivery
Swatch-only orders are sent in a complimentary post-paid envelope via NZ Post (untracked). Because this is an untracked mail service, we’re unable to trace or track these envelopes once they’ve been sent.
NZ Post estimates delivery at around 3 working days within New Zealand, however mail delays are common in some regions.
Swatch Limit
Each swatch is cut to order, just for you. Due to high demand, we kindly ask that you select up to 6 swatches per order — this helps us keep the service fair and running smoothly for everyone.
