Fabric Care
Fabric Care 101
We recommend following the care instructions provided in each product description. We are unable to accept claims on fabrics that have been laundered incorrectly.
Please note: we specialise in fashion and apparel fabrics, not upholstery. If you choose to use our fabrics for furniture or window furnishings, it is at your own risk.
General Fabric Care Tips
For most fabrics:
• Hand wash or machine wash in cold water with similar colours
• Hang to dry
• Use a low iron if needed
We recommend pre-washing or pre-treating your fabric before sewing to allow for any shrinkage. As a general rule, treat your fabric the way you would want your finished garment to be treated — gently and with care.
Coating Fabrics: Handle with Care
Some coating fabrics are dry-clean only. If you have successfully hand-washed or spot-cleaned similar coatings before, use your judgment, but proceed with caution. Always treat your coating fabrics with the same care you would give your finished piece.
Colour Accuracy and Availability
We make every effort to ensure our product colours are represented as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on your screen or device, and differences in lighting or photography can affect how a fabric appears online.
Stock and Availability
We do our best to keep our website updated, but some items, colours, sizes or styles may sell in-store before the online inventory is adjusted. This means a product might be unavailable even if it is listed. We appreciate your understanding, and we will always contact you if there is an issue with your order.
